Führer Bradley Vs Emperor Palpatine? Who's the most evil? oops Computer messing up

I have to go with Palpatine. Bradley was evil, but he was small scale when compared to Palpitine. Bradley controled a country where as Palpatine ruled over a galaxy. Plus Bradley is not even half as manipulative as Palpatine. Palpatine befriended and currupted "the chosen one" of the Jedi, decimated the Jedi order and Senate with compromise and deception and enlsaved entire planets. Fuhrer Bradley waged war on a helpless race of people and barely managed to decive those around him.
Fuhrer King Bradley isn't even in the same league as Emperor Palpatine Dark Lord of the Sith. When you destroy lives on a cosmic scale you are pretty much the most evil motherf***er ever.

Fuhrer King Bradly was just a pawn used by Father(manga)/Dante(Anime) where as Emperor Palpatine was a true mastermind who was able to take over the galaxy and rule it with an iron fist. Since Bradley was just following orders Palpatine would be the most evil of the two since he was the person causing pain in his galaxy as opposed to being the man used to cause it.

Palpatine, he's the greatest Sith Lord that ever lived. He killed trillions of sentient beeings in the whole galaxy.
