Come on people do some research rather than spitting out numbers.

A study[1] published in the Journal of Heredity concluded that 251 out of 679 sheep were black. This is 37% of the sheep population. Acording to the American Sheep Industry Association [2] there are slightly more than one billion sheep worldwide. This gives a total of 370 million black sheep.

The last I heard there was over half a billion in africa alone.with the 25 millin hers and elsewhere that would put them some where around 600, million.
