My own Mothers behavior is displeasing to say the least. So I try to keep my life separate from hers. That is the only way I can have respect for her as a mom. Moms are supposed to be responsible and role models. But this is the real world.So sometimes we have to used the good sense God gave us. We are better off not knowing about the private details of our mothers lives.

First i would like to point out that "Slut bashing" is a type of outdated gender enforcement.
Western culture is sending out mixed gender messages to women. Basically, society is saying, "You must be a highly sexual virgin."
That message comes from the social cultural beliefs that, in order to be a real woman, you must be willing to have sex; In order to be respected, you must be a virgin; and another message is, If you are not sexual, you will be ignored.
This clash in cultural gender messages is happening because woman-gender is changing and former myths of biological woman-gender pathologized women's sexuality stating that "normal women", "real women" had no sexual desires, or if they did it was minimal. Society is changing as is its construction of woman-gender.
These outdated myths of the "biological truths" that once painted women's sexuality as passive, minimal, or non-existent are now considered archaic and recognized as an outdated way to control women's sexuality. Society is still creating and controlling women's sexuality and placing values and pathologies on it..
So, we have a clash in messages from the old meeting the new.
As culture changes, so will ideas about human sexuality, and the gendered segregation of sexuality.
Synapsis: "slut" is a way to patrol a woman's sexuality, to police a woman's gender performance. It is outdated, and perpetuates gender segregated sexuality.
So, to answer your question. It is impossible for me to "find out" that my mother is a slut. Because slut is an abstract term, based on outdated notions of human sexuality.
