I give chemistry classes to 12-14 y/o.
The first question is a whole chapter in the book and I give 2 hours on it, then onto the Periodic table (Mendeleev), which takes another 2 hours (and a minimum of 50 hours to REMEMBER it and understand the electronic configuration of each element, that determine their valence and reactivity to other substances)
The second is not too complicated, but needs many exercises and I give 2 hours on it.
The third is simple if you have understood the Periodic table and the structure of the atoms. I just give a few minutes on it.
The fourth is part of the exercises on how atoms react with each other, and can take many hours.

So, if you ask the questions, you have not yet open your book and need two to three weeks hard work.
Good luck.
(I got one kid that made it from nothing in just a week, but she is gifted)
