The cd Bach at Bedtime. I'm usually out by the third track Concerto in A for Oboe d'amore-Larghetto. There is a whole series like Mozart at Midnight, Baroque at Bathtime, Mozart for Coffee. But Bach at Bedtime is my favorite to fall asleep to because the way the music gently lulls me to sleepy time. I love classical music but sometimes you go from one soft concerto to one with loud crash when listening to NPR. Click on the site below and you can sample tracks from the cd.

My boyfriend is weird...he turns on the radio to a classical music station when he gets in bed to go to sleep. I can't stand it, it's annoying to me. When I wasn't living with my boyfriend though, I'd turn the radio to a "soft rock" radio station that had a DJ at night that you could call in and ask for advice and she'd find a song for you and your situation. Most songs were either love songs, or inspirational songs....good to fall asleep to.
