I have a couple of movies which I just can´t stop watching, and it´s making my friends quite annoyed, any suggestions?

Besides annoying the heck out of my friends, I really enjoy talking about it, most of the time (noticing they are either bored or bottered) I just keep rambling on and on about it, I find it quite funny actually, is this a bad thing?

I know what you mean....there are certain movies and actors that I adore and I bring them up every so often. Except it's not bad too the point where they get annoyed (they just think it's kind of funny). I don't want to start annoying them.

My advice, try not to talk about it all the time. Put yourself in their shoes, wouldn't you get annoyed if your friend constantly talked about one subject all the time?

I quote the movies that I love all the time, and most of the time they are movies from a while back or not so popular so no one really gets that I'm quoting. It kinda makes me happy but it doesn't annoy anyone cause they think it's coming from me.

I watch the films I really love at least once every 6 months - why watch a film you love only once - you never listen to a song you like only once. Anyway the beauty of watching a film you love again and again is that you know you are really going to enjoy it - unlike a film you have never seen before that you might not like !! Apart from that you are always discovering something new about the film - and watching them again means you can take notice of the smaller things in the film that you would have missed before. I'm with you on this one.

No once i have a fav film i cant stop. Like at the moment its Green Street i think its known as the green street hooligans in the USA. its about a year old but i forgot how good it was and ive watched it every night so far. At the end of the day we pay for it with our hard earned money so we might as well get our moneys worth haha (not that it has anything to do with the fit men haha)

Oh, no. I have to see "Goodfellas" at least once a month, and I've seen "The Godfather" so many times I've lost count. (Including its debut in the theaters.) Just keep watching and enjoying. By the way, I see something I'd missed everytime I watch "The Godfather."
The scene in the restaurant where he offs Solozzo and McClusky was filmed under an el train. I didn't know that.

I watch little television I love watching my favourite movies over and over again, you notice more things, you can even begin to see flaws but that doesnt matter! Thats why movies are on DVD so you can enjoy them over and over. So its not a painting in the louvre or a fabulous sculpture but its still art and a film can touch and affect us in so many ways. Dont bow to peer pressure, and tell us what are these movies you watch over and over, im intrigued to find out!

My daughter watches her favorite films two or three times each per week. I have to sit through them with her while she acts out each scene in Beauty & the Beast / Cinderella / Charlie & Lola / Stuart Little (1,2 & 3), Pocahontas, Alice in Wonderland.
It wouldn't be so bad if she was younger - she's 38 and we thought she'd have left home by now.

Try watching Little Miss Sunshine for a new movie to enjoy.

I watched Dazed and Confused on dvd for a whole week, every night. I dont care if the others think its boring as they dont have to watch!! Sometimes a movie gets inside your head and you have to watch it over and over. And I think about them al day and talk through the film in my head

I saw Braveheart 12 and Mulain Rouge don't even know how many times...
everytime I have the chance to watch it I do, because they are my favourite. my friends get annoyed sometimes so I try to avoid watching it with the ones who already saw it...
it is the only solution I can think of...
