You sound like me...well whoever it is you are talking about..or maybe it's just a hypothetical. Regardless, half the time my husband is in the mood, it's the last thing I'm thinking about. I haven't had my levels of estrogen tested, and so I'm obviously not taking pills for that, but maybe you could look into the viagra meds for women. I probably should...haha.

maybe you need a higher dose of the estrogen, you might also want to think about the mental side of it, sometimes it could be something mental and pills won't help. It won't hurt to talk to someone.
