I don't drink THAT much before I go to bed and I usually wake up 2-3 times at night to pee. Any suggestions?

See a doctor. It could be anything, really. So many diseases cause frequent urination that you need to see a doctor to get a diagnosis. And that isn't so bad, because chances are you would need to go to the doctor anyway to get it treated. Take care of yourself. Good night!

Of all the things that it could be, diabetes is probably the worst, and the easiest to check to find out if you have.
Polyuria, is one of the three P's of diabetes, and it is commonly presenting with going to the bathroom at night, or nocturia.
Please see your doc to rule this out.

WHAT do you drink?

It is possible that going more than twice a night is due to what you drink. Is it a diuretic? Or you might just be like my bud with a small bladder. Talk to doc to rule out specifics.

go to a doctor and get your blood glucose tested. nocturia (peeing a lot at night) is a classic sign of diabetes. you may not have it, but if you have a family history of diabetes or are overweight, you should be concerned.

Frequent urination, especially at night, is often a sign of diabetes. Or, it could be your prostate gland. You need to see your doctor.
