Where there's smoke....there's fire. I find that very suspicious. Sounds like he doesn't want you to know who much time he is spending on the cell phone.
Can you intercept the paper bill that comes in the mail before he gets it and pays it?

You should be able to get into it yourself. Just create a new password. If you know the account number and phone number then you can get into it. Just say you forgot the password and it just walk you through it. Hope this helps.

hate to say it..but i had an affair and that is how i hid it...i had my cell phone company stop the paper bill and i took care of it on-line...you already know the answer to the question...
