Without oversized load permits and markings, maximums vary by state, so I am using the standards allowed on all U.S. and Interstate highways.

80,000 lbs max gross vehicle weight, (including tractor, trailer, driver, driver's stuff carried in the tractor, fuel and load.)

13'6" overall height, (the western states starting with texas allow 14')

102" overall width (8'6" wide)

Overall length gets really confusing as the states set weird limits depending on road, but for interstate use, lengths limits are based on trailer only lengths. :I.E. 53' trailer is the longest allowed except for a couple of states that are allowing 57'. Double and triple trailers are also according to each state as to length and number of trailers. The length of the tractor is not counted.

I have seen video of a heavy haul that weighed over 800,000 lbs., was over 200' long, over 22' wide and over 24' tall.

Pretty universally 13'6" for the MAX. height of load.
With permits (and occasionally a pilot car) the limit can be extended.
Weight limits vary from area and zone to area and zone, but for the most part, 80,000# is the maximum load limit for a tractor with trailer.
Axle weights vary from state to state, but it requires a permit for loads over 80k, and special permits are required for front axle weight over 12,000#.
The weight laws are pretty convoluted, but these are the basics.
