a few nights ago i finnally told this girl i been talking to 4 bout 5 or 6 mounths, exactly how i feel bout her (all but I LOVE U) i see her 4 the 1st time sence i told her.

By the way that she acts. Even if she is a shy person, you will be able to tell by small actions. Observe how she behaves in front of you or around you. Maybe she is just scared because she doesn't know what to expect and probably doesn't want to lose you as a friend. Give her time and just keep on being there for her. That's the most important thing and for the rest, time will tell.
I was in a similar situation, of course, with me being the girl. And let me tell you, being persistent worked for him...

relatively user-friendly if shes enthusiatic then you rin and if no longer then you rprobably out. If she's uncomfortable then your out yet whilst she facilitates you to draw close around she may well be open to a tribulation realtionship. If shes chilly and uncommunicative your toast. wish it is going nicely

Thats a hard one cuz if she's shy, she may not know how to express herself even though she really likes you back.
