I recommend the Misfits for this occasion. They are violent but keep it light and funny with over the top, out of proportion lyrics. Can turn anger to sadistic laughs and a different understanding. Quite healthy actually.

Another great fight song is Motley Crue's Knock 'em Dead Kid but could be a little heavy and dark for your Mother, I don't know. Fight Song by Manson is a nice little rebellious song to get aggression out aswell.
