I'm guessing that you mean circumference. It's 2πr where π is 3.14159 and r is the radius of the circle.

Any inscribed triangle with its base as diameter forms right angle at the periphery of a circle. Take a piece of paper with a square edge and match the edge exactly at the periphery of the circle. Mark two points where the paper intersects the circle. Draw a line between these two points and you have one diameter. Do it again and you will get second diameter. Intersection of two diameters is the center of the circle.
