Supposedly he had his handlers call several other young starlets according to a story I seem to recall Tom even admitting to but now denies.

I think Suri looks more like him than Crazo!
It seems most on the www thinks that beautiful Suri looks suspiously "older" than her alleged 3 - 3 1/2 months when the VF pics were taken.
That may be why she ballooned out so quickly she was further along than was reported.
And why the No Show Suri for so long.

Curiously, since the Cruise-Holmes situation popped up, we have heard over and over again that Cruise was the young actress' idol when she was growing up.
That's certainly interesting because all of the publicity that used to run on Holmes — still found all over the Internet — lists another Tom as her favorite actor.
That would be Tom Hanks.

He complemented Katie and she immediately flirted with him giving tom the much needed lever to ask her out for a date. She complied and the rest is legend.
