P.S. We already spend more on our military than the rest of the world - COMBINED.

the idea that ur "hard-earned " tax dollars finance the govt is erroneous ... the federal reserve prints the money and finances the govt ... taxes keep the middle class in debt and cause them to lose their assets to the bank so they get richer ... the money doesnt come from ur taxes ... it comes from them printing the money and im not bs'ing you its a fact ... and if you disagree ask urself what IS the money? its just paper ... there is nothing backing it up ...im rambling i know ... but my point is the same as yours that the people that control the money dont give a ratsass about you and ur problems ... but looking at it like they are wasting YOUR tax money is an erroneous thought.... congress could take back the money powers from the federal reserve and print the money themselves to finance the govt and its projects WITHOUT taxation at all ... im not lying ... this is the truth.

Howdy there.... Well, very good question! As a person of 41 and having a stroke at 40, yes, that is way too damn early, but it happens, now restricted to SSI payments of only $1235.00 per month, they need to put more into that! Social Security sucks. I managed 13 hotels and made over $8500.00 per month, and might i say that was a stressful, yet rewarding life. Well, I spent the money on a nice home and things to be around me. Come in the stroke and POOF. I had to sell my home and readjust my lifestyle. Do not get me wrong, I LOVE the dollar tree's and dollar world stores, they are great and a lot of fun, and cheap! But I worked my *** off to get to where I was and it all got snatched up by the government and now they want to spend it on more crap. PATOOOIE on them....

Sorry to vent... Have a great day!

Bubba

Do you propose we spend this money on other worthwhile causes that spawn more wasteful government spending and then hope that the rest of the world just does not bother us, or anyone else for that matter. Don't be so naive. In this world, military might is essential and is part of the cost of doing buisness.

When you go to the eighth grade tomorrow morning, ask your teacher what would happen if the US suddenly lost it's army....

P.S. Don't trust MTV for vocabulary... They'll lead you astray every time.
