When designing a webpage, don't use such strong colors. Use more mild colors. When you use strong colors, don't make it cover so much space... And use colors that don't contrast too much.
The hover of the link from blue to black is very strong. Try making the blue darker.
A hover effect over the buttons would be nice.
Supposedly using tables is bad, try using DIVS.
Use more CSS.
Can't say much more about it because it's so simple...

looks ok, I'd add more pictures. web sites are so much nicer with pictures...instead of repeated icons
