Hate Canadians? Good Lord, NO!! I love Canada and Canadians. I live just across the border, in a suburb of Detroit, and I wish I lived in Toronto. Every place I've ever visited in Canada has been lovely, non-violent, non-racist,--just wonderful!

I find you reaction to Canadians depends on how educated you are and where you are from. Border states seem to live outside the box. Oh and we dont mind not having a huge military...we will let you protect us for free so we can maintain our free health care. I know who will pay the bill if I get sick.....the government.

It cuts both ways. I used to work for a high tech company with HQ in Vancouver. They liked to make fun of their American counterparts in Western Illinois...even though they bought our facility for the technology we invented.
I'd like to think those Vancouver schmucks weren't representative of most Canadians.

Hey, I used to like Canada, hockey, free spirits, cool people, Mooshead beer.
But you guys basically don't have an army. You assume and leave it up to us here in the states to protect you guys.
Canada is now basically a Socialist country. Your media is even more liberal than ours, which is not funny, because the Socialists run our media.

Nah, although when they visit Florida, they tend to not tip the people they're supposed to ie: skycaps, taxi drivers, etc. Heard lots of guys complaining about that :)
