If you don't feel right about your job, it's time to leave. Don't wait for your performance level to dip real low and your supervisor tells you off before you leave.

But before you leave, make sure you have found a new job first. You might wish to establish your profile before you leave. Get a good recommendation letter from your supervisor first.

You give me the impression that you are monetarily motivated. Do start on a job search in a new field where your efforts justify your remuneration package.

1stly why u feel sian? coz of the boss? colleagues? the job? c'mon fren, work's work, nobody will be 100% devoted n love their job, nothing is perfect, i also at 1 time hated my job very much but juz try to adapt a chill attitude abt it, if really cannot make it juz quit lor but advisable to look for another job 1st, best of luck!
