One of the very best treatments for sinus problems of all kinds is to do saline nasal washes. There is a definite technique to this, and if done incorrectly, you'll feel like you're drowning and you'll gag. But, if done correctly...it's really not that bad.

Saline nasal washes function to do several things. 1) they physically flush the crud (mucus) out of your sinuses and nasal passages. 2) They flush out any bacteria or viruses that may be in your nasal passage. Bacteria doesn't like growing in a saline environment, so it can help prevent sinus infections. 3) It helps relieve congestion too.

I have sinus problems to, just started since this spring, I've had to take antibiotics in June an now, What do you use to dry out your fluid in your ears? Or sinuses for that matter, there is always surgery to clear out the sticky mucus. Good question because I would like to know myself. I hope your sinus's clear up. Mine is caused by ragweed and pollen in Memphis right now. Yikes! Wishing you the best. = )

I used this product called Serrapeptidase and it worked really well. I took it for about a month and within a few days my sinuses improved. You need to take a break from it after about a month and I have been doing really well. It is made by Ohana Health.

I haven't taken an allergy pill in three months (which gave me very little relief)

i used to have mad bad sinus probs from my daily cocaine and heroin abuse but after a few weeks i think i either built an immunity to irrates constantly being up my nose or i just simply burned everything on the inside up so there was nothing left to cause me problems. im pretty sure that the cocaine burned out my mucus membrains so my brain couldnt remember to make mucus anymore.

cleaning your sinuses out with saline water is suppose to work. You kind of tip your head and pour in the solution in one side and if you do it right it will pour right out the other side. Oh and it is best that the water is warm to. It is suppose to help clean out the build up of mucus and dirt and all and cut down on infections and even help you breath better and have healthy ear health also.
