Whatever you do don't use gorilla glue, you will have to let it stand for hours!! I'm pretty sure the head would fall off if you weren't holding it up so there's no way you can use gorilla glue. If you go to a ceramic store they have special glue for that. Check Michaels or another craft store. Good Luck!!

If the figurines are of true value or even just sentimental value, I would take them to a jeweler. I had a beautiful porcelain cup and plate that my great-great grandmother brought across the plains with her to the Willamette Valley, Oregon in 1853. It was broken by a careless visitor. I took it to a local jeweler and the repair work is beautiful. It is difficult to find any crack at all.

If you can't find anything, you can do what my grandmother did... as a last resort.. She chewed a piece of gum the same color of her porcelian and stuck the head back on with the gum. It did not seem to hurt anything. She said she was going to use the gum till she could find something to fix it. Its been this way for over 20 years and you cant tell the difference...lol...crazy huh?

don't worry, the problem is definitely resolvable, use an adhesive, that can stand high temperatures, because, only such type of adhesive can get this problem fixed, as I am not from US i can tell u any particular brand, but I hope a brand with name Aeraldite is available in US markets, this very special type of adhesive and the specialty of this adhesive is that it can even fix the car engine if it has a crack, because it withstands high temperature, use such type of material, all the best.

super glue or even the glue used to afix artificial nails works. With super glue, less is more. If you use a lot, it won't bond, that might be the problem.

Go to your local hardware store and ask them for an adhesive that will work with porcelain. Most adhesives do not adhere to every surface.
