I am a receptionist and i plan to be out for about a month. Do you think i will be out longer. I'm really nervous any tips...

you shouldn't need more than a month. I didn't. Just don't lift anything at ALL for the first 6 weeks --- until you go back and see your surgeon. and keep the binding on tight...like the doctor said (the snug after-surgery bra too). There shouldn't be any bleeding after the first 3 or 4 days. Just don't lift anything.

Being a receptionist should make it especially easy for you to recouperate.

It was the best thing I ever did...I wish I'd done it years earlier

my friend and I were just talking about this today. I've been wanting one for the longest. anyway - she said it was a few weeks before she got back to her normal self, so I would say a month and a half maybe? She said there is bleeding, soreness and redness; but not alot of scarring (if ur doc was good like hers). She looks great and honestly, I can tell her confidence is up. She told me about her friend who had it done (different doc) and he ended up making one bigger than the other! :0 So my advice to you is: take a month and a week off work for the recovery time but FIND A REALLY GREAT SURGEON. good luck

probably 2weeks will be ok it depends on how you recover
