If you were handcuffed behind the back how would you go about getting the cuffs to the front?

well first off....how did you type this?
secondly, stand there, crouch with your arm touching the grund beneath you. move one leg of your choice between your arms and step back over the cuffs. do the same thing with the other leg.
good luck with that whole handcuff thing...i don't want to know.

By dislocating one shoulder and raise your arms over your head or slide the cuffs along the backside of your legs, down to your feet, then slip one leg at a time over cuffed hands. Or head butt the guard, knocking him unconscious and get the key!!!!!!!!!!
