you have to pull the transmission out, and the rest is easy.

first off is it 4 wheel drive? is the engine a 4 or 6 cylinder? if it is a v6 with 4 wheel drive you would be better of going to a qualified repair shop. Don't just replace the release bearing replace the entire clutch.

What exactly is the question.
With all of the "txtng" shortcuts and misspelling, and lack of knowledge of nomenclature, It is getting harder and harder to understand the questions anymore.
If you want real information, the beginning of the process is to expend just a little bit of energy making yourself understood. It would help a lot.
