No names please, definitions only. I would like for a thoughtful answer to define the term instead of "osama" or "sadaam" or whomever. There are criteria, right?

It is a term that means someone who wants to establish an Islamic right-wing authoritarian theocratic dictatorship.

A fascist advocates the creation or imposition of a totalitarian form of government, opposed to democracy and anti-liberal.

Generally, terrorists would not fall under that heading, because most terrorists aren't trying to establish a government anywhere.

It is a fictious name the western government (uk and us) are trying to implement on us muslims who work to revive the islamic caliphate.

Islamic rule is NOT theocratic rule.

In Islam Allah(God) has already legislated the rules. He is the Legislator.
Humans are the Executors and the court system is the Judicial branch.

The governance is by a single ruler called a "khalifah" who has a board of advisors.

The western government is terrified that the public will learn about true islam and that they will really see how "just" it is over All other manmade systems (communism, capitalism.markism,etc).

In the early years of Islam it spread to over 3/4ths of the world because people embraced it (including jews and christians...don't let them fool you) and even chose to fight against the romans alongside the muslims knowing the rule under them would be brutal.

anyway don't fall for this government propaganda. Its simply another "divide and conquer" tactic which like everything else bush does will surely fail. Islam is prophesied to return and they cannot stop a prophesy.

An Islamist who strives to create absolute Islamist rule. Under that system, non-Muslims must submit to be Dhimmi and do not have rights in court against Muslims, usually cannot own property, must pay special 'protection' taxes to avoid becoming dead...

A good example was the Taliban in Afghanistan. They were even extreme towards their fellow Muslims. Today, Islamo-fascists are murdering the native black population of Sudan in the final stage of Jihad - cleansing all those who do not submit or convert.

The term has been applied to today's terrorist groups by Bill O'Reilly in recognition of their long-term goals. The world will either submit to Islamist rule or successfully defeat them by force.

I suppose it means an Islamic person with a Fascist attitude. However I have heard this one for the first time. Does it really exist widely as a "term"?

Muslim fanatics who believe everybody in the world should also be a Muslim. And it is their Muslim inspired DUTY to kill anybody who is not a Muslim. It even says so in their holy book, the Quran.
Not all Muslims are terrorists, but all terrorists are Muslims, think about that!
You have any children? Nieces or nephews? These people want to kill them today! Think of that before you vote Democrat, or for other appeasers!
