Well, I have 22 caps, a long story why, but it cost me around $1400 a cap and my insurance didn't cover it, so I am assuming that is about the price you might pay.

1500 dollars each, thats root canal and crown, dont do a crown without rootcanal, i did 20 yrs ago and had a horrid abcess and had to have that tooth pulled recently.

go to the nearest dental school found on line...they will do it for free or a nominal fee because they are students and need to practice...
