Clever! However, I will go with the first sentence. The second sentence does not indicate if "we" are part of the undersigned. The undersigned could refer to a bunch of other people who will analyze the survey.

You made me think twice though. LOL

"We just received the survey results."
Technically, it's first-person plural.

The first sentence. "We" is first-person plural. The second sentence is spoken as third person. Good luck on your homework! :)

Neither. 1st person plural is another question. Good luck in 3rd grade.

the first one. 1st person is "I, me, we, us."
the second sentence is 3rd person, b/c it's talking about somebody else.

1st person: me, personal, I'm saying it about me or us.
2nd person: "you". If you're talking to somebody "would you please answer this?"
3rd person: "he, she, it" "The undersigned" = he, she, or it. so it's 3rd person.

Ok? helpful? ;)
