You should NEVER use any kind of douch! I have talked to several OB/GYNs and they have all said that douches are not safe and should be taken off the market. It can push any bacteria all the way up into your uterus and cause major infections.

Boy ??? that is my first question. Second is Help to conceive ?? There no douche that 'helps' conceive. If you need to 'douche' then see your doctor first.
