I would definately not recommend asking any girl out unless you at least kinda know her. Try approaching a girl that's in one of your classes and just make small talk. It's ok to be shy, just not creepily shy, a lot of girls like shy guys... especially cute ones. If the girl is more loud and straightforward then you should approach her with the same attitude. But then again opposites attract for some... This is kinda a complicated question, maybe you should just go for one of your friends that's a girl.

Find a girl that you have something in common with. Perhaps the same sports team, the same hobby, someone who reads the same type of books.

okay first make sure that your not shy cuz thats a big turn off oh and dont be an ***.. have a great sence of humor then start talking to her a little by little.. make sure you dont make a move to fast or too slow cuz she might get tired of you. then ask for her number remember DONT BE SHY!! and if your gonna aske her out dont do it over the phone.. good luck!
