I thought it was pretty darn good, I can see they have CBS beat, but in my opinion, FOX still rules.

The graphics at the start of the game were real good I thought.

Suggestions...Comments.

I like Al Michaels, but not a big fan of Madden. Madden was good tonight though. He seems to have improved considerably in the last couple of seasons. I might even start to enjoy Madden.
They explained the "red flag" issue very well but people are already whining about the refs.

I thought they did a very goo job and I really liked the crew calling the game. I am a Madden fan after all. I am waiting to see how the Sunday night football pans out before I make any final opinions though. But, they defintely were on the ball and spent alot of time and money to insure a great job.

I've always liked John Madden, he of the recent installation in the Hall of Fame, but Al Michaels leaves me out in the back parking lot. He's hot air, pure and simple.
The best play by play guy, bar none, is Joe Starkey on 810 am in San Francisco. The 49er station!

It was all right. NBC did a good job. Although I usually look past the carrier and just focus on the game.

I really didn't think much of Pink butchering a Joan Jett song at the beginning. Hopefully that will be the only time it's done.

I missed the beginning of the game but I thought the rest was broadcast very well. And what a game it was....good start to the season.

Too much non-football stuff. The steeler montage was cool, but all that other crap had to go. Let's keep the extra commercials, and musical performances for the Super Bowl.
