I am a woman from Brazil and I must say that the reason why we, women from Brazil have big butts is because it is in our DNA, and it is all natural. By the way I am a Brazilian woman from Porto Alegre.

Talk about preconceived ideas...
Anyway, here´s an explanation as silly as your question:
Brazilian women have big butts for the same reason Central American Women have tiny waists and North American women have big breasts. If you look and the World Map, you´ll notice that the Americas (North America, Central America and South America) are shaped like a woman with big breasts, small waist and big butt. That is the reason why women in North America have big breasts, women in Central America have tiny waists and women in South America have big butts.
