Just wondering, is there some type of hat that's better avoided if one doesn't want to get in trouble? I have a few, and people react differently to them, so I thought I'd ask cautiously before donning the wrong one and being confronted.

Beanies (without the flap) HATE THEM, they look trashy, tacky, and grease ball-y. Guys at my school wear them to cover up the fact that they havent washed their hair in a week!

Anything you see at a rave, jester hats, those tall, cat-in-the-hat-type hats, any hat with some gay saying on it, some cowboy hats, a sombrero (sp?), etc.
