Well, do you sing? If you do, you should hire a keyboardist or someone that can play acoustic, so you can put your lyrics to music. If you don't sing, then you need to find someone who does, and who will sing your lyrics the way YOU intended. DOn't let someone take over your lyrics, or change your thought patterns to how THEY want. COPYWRIGHT your lyrics!!!
Then you should make a demo, and present it to the people you audition for the band, and see if they would like that genre and want to support that kind of music.

You should recruit some intrumentalists, to form a band (as you as a lead singer). Try asking your friends, visit your local music store for more details.

2 have a group meeting about the song
3 when you are doen working out the song and already want to get famous start simple like playing in the garage or if you know somebody that knows somebody that is famous talk to them and they might hook you up and then you will become famous

pay people to play the instrument when you sing and they can join in then you will have a band.
