Her name is Lucy, she was found in Ethiopia in 1974 and she's approximately 3.18 million years old. Here's a link. =)

I believe his proper name was Frederick, but his buddies probably just called him Freddy, or sometimes Rick the Stick, since he was pretty good whacking a mastodon over the head.
