yes i miss steave irwin...i would watch him with my family...i just can't believe that he is gone...i mean he was taken down by a sting ray when i've seen him wrestle larger more terrifying animals..it is really sad
his death had such an impact on society because he was a fun, loving guy...he made learning fun and he was friendly to his fans always had a smile...he was like everyone's friends so this is why his death was such an impack because he was a generally nice guy...
i don't know if i would be able to watch the clip of his death...those who have seen it said that it should never be watched because it was morbid, so i probably won't watch it...

Well, he did bring a new perspective to Australian wildlife. Since his shows air on TV, people had been going Down Under for croc tours. And also all of a sudden there were suddenly so many croc hunters on TV besides him! I would dare say he pioneered something for Australia.

Probably his shows got a little off track when the Croc Hunter was suddenly every living creature on earth, but credits must be given where due. He did a good job of getting people interested in wildlife in general.

His loss will be felt in the wildlife conservation community.

I do not know if you are from Australia? I am.
This is so surreal, I love Steve. My one dream in life was to meet him.
If you look at the flowers ,letter, shirts etc put at the Australian Zoo, this is as big here as Diana in England.
R.I.P. Steve......My heart goes out to the family and friends.

I liked watching his shows and will miss him.
But I don't think America should revolve around which celebrity dies or gets a divorce

no his death did not have an impact on society
he was an entertainer. He did not do anything that affected any one's life.
by the way, your link for the video doesn't work.
