Family Origin was in New York State and Pennsylvania--related to Lewis O. and Marvin T. Haney, and father's name was William F. Haney. Another relative was Ruth Haney of Nara Vista, NM(circa 1919)

There's a Haney in Shiprock, New Mexico. Don't know if she's the Haney folks you're looking for. Ask Frontier Communications for a Navajo Nation phonebook. She's listed there.
