Oporto (also called Porto) is a modern cosmopolitan large northern Atlantic city and one of the most industrialised districts of Portugal. It is Portugal's second city. Porto is the cultural and administrative center of Grande Área Metropolitana do Porto metropolitan area, and Greater Porto NUTS III subregion capital, in Norte region.
