Why do you say that? I seem to hear it mentioned that it was Saudis at least weekly.

The same reason that we do not arrest all the people that happen to be the same color as a bank robber. Oh, wait..... er.....
Wow, didn't see that one coming.. :)
Since that one was wrong, why not just say it is a Bush-inspired Conservative Republican conspiracy to grab oil?
That last one was a test and a troll filter...
The real answer is that they were Saudi nationals but since they are not (provably) sponsored directly by Saudi Arabia and the royal family, that it is not justifiable. We have not declared war against every specific country which has sponsored terrorism, only those whose countries whose governments are clearly financially backing and training terrorists.

They were not actually all Saudis, although a large percent of tnem were. Ask the News Media why they don't make more of an issue about it, and don't try to act like this is some government conspiracy/cover up perpetrated by the evil, imperialistic republican far right.

Great question. The dudes behind 9/11 were Saudis and Egyptians. Their countries are not eligible for shock and awe.

It wasn't kept low key. They were Saudi citizens aligned with al Queda and al Queda is not headquartered in Saudi Arabia, but Afghanistan. Where have you been for the last 5 years?

Because the US wanted to invade Afghanistan. Made more sense, why not knock out the taleban and obliterate a third world country back to, well the third world? Perfect way to flex your military muscles.
