Does anyone know of this character?

I need alot of help because I just cant figure this one out. The name Clay Fox it strikes a bell but I cannot figure out who it is. Is he from a game? If someone can tell me and let me know I would definately appreciate it.

The only thing I can come up with is this:

Clay Fox is not only a world-class ski racer, but he’s a pretty good juggler, too. He’s balancing his job and his marriage...and even some time for training and ski racing. He lost his left leg below the knee in a 1994 car accident, but enrolled himself in a disabled ski program and as Fox says, “The rest is history.”

Solid summer training ("Clay's very focused, skiing well," Head Coach Kevin Jardine reported) indicated Fox is about to put a U-turn in the inconsistency, which plagued him last winter. A year after winning the World Cup slalom title, he had trouble finishing races and skidded from top-5s to top-20s. In true worker-bee form, his answer was to intensify his preseason training to tighten his consistency.

Start-Up Fox began skiing as a second-grader. After losing his left leg below the knee in a car accident in 1994, he enrolled in the Winter Park National Sports Center for the Disabled program and set about becoming a ski racer. He moved onto the Ski Team with the ‘99 season and, as part of his juggling routine, has made himself a strong four-event racer.
