A good ol' Nokia always works best for me. I have had awesome luck with any Nokias I have ever owned. Not only is the battery life long lasting, but the reception is great, and these phones are definetly built to last! My husband works in construction, and he accidentally dropped mine off the roof as he took it to work one day, and it didn't break at all!! Great phones. There aren't many upgrades available, such as cool ringtones, but they are reliable, if thats your main purpose for the phone.

Nokia has always been solid for me
I have a Sony Ericsson right now and the battery only lasts a few days, my old Nokia's lasted up to a week.
