Tell your husband only if you want to ruin their friendship and maybe get them into an actual fight. Guys are funny about where they get boners and sometimes are not too smart about dealing with them. When I was in the Navy, I caught a guy who was supposed to be cleaning and servicing the inside of a submarine torpedo tube pulling his own tube. First I think you should tell your husband's friend to not come back to the house again. Second, tell your husband that you are a floozy and are having sexual thoughts about his friend.
Your husband seems to loose on both counts here ... His buddy wanted you to see it or he would have stopped and been surprised that you caught him and covered up.
You on the other hand probably have given your husbands friend reason to believe you are interested in him.
