I make 25K a year. I work hard, and provide a valuable service
to society. Yet I know others make much more. I personally feel
many of them are overpaid. They have their Audi's and new homes, and cushy jobs. It upsets me, I have to admit.

What pisses me off even more are the spoiled little snots (in their twenties) whose mommy and daddy have money and they've never had to lift a finger. Even those who had college paid for (or got financial aid) while I'm busin' it trying to juggle a second-rate job and colllege while trying to pay for everything. Grrr.

Try not to be angry that others have more than you do, because if you are then that means you associate Audi's and new homes with something negative...meaning you will never get those things because they represent something that makes you angry. If you turn that around and decide you WANT to be paid what they are and you WANT to own the things they do and live the same lifestyle, what will happen is you will do the necessary homework to find out what it is that they are doing.
There is a book out there called Secrets of the Millionaire Mind by T Harv Eker where he helps you to get rid of the negative thoughts and turn your life around, not only financially, but in every aspect. It really is worth reading.
I respect the fact that you work very hard and are a great contributor to society, therefore, I think you just need a little more education on what route to take to get the things you want and deserve. Always remember, you deserve it! The formula is actually quite easy to follow. One thing I learned long ago, is to try to rub shoulders with those I admire most. I constantly learn from them and have put their ideas to work and found that I never have to struggle with a job again where I am under appreciated and mostly underpaid.
I would be happy to talk to you more.

i have felt the same way before. i sometimes wonder why most ppl are put in a situation where they work hard, more than most and never seem to achieve what others have made with little effort to get. i have a degree and im still working part time at a company that pays a couple bucks over min. wage. i even wanna ask ppl with money.. how do they do it?????

What I find upsetting is situations where those who are supposed to be LEADERS use the workers under them to pad their own pockets while their workers and their families suffer, sometimes not even having proper health care or even enough food to eat. But, there will be a day of judgment for us all and we will have to account for what we have done. For this reason, I try not to judge, because I know I have not always done what I should have done myself.

I used to get frustrated, so I earned a MBA in finance. Now I am one of those folks. I suggest visiting despair.com for a good laugh. It helps. There is a poster of cogs that says 'Just because you are necessary doesn't mean you are important'. So true.

If you live in America, you decide your own fate --- unless you're a liberal pushing for socialism. Get up off your @$$ and get to where you want to be.
