the card omnibian blue /green frog say tap target creature becomes a 3/3 frog so will my dark steel garogyle still be indestrutable or dose it lose that ability.

No. Any time you play a spell that changes a card or card's effect, that card looses its powers and becomes whatever you turned it into. In this case your gargoyle is turned into a frog, and looses its powers. Use a card like that on one of your opponents pesky big creatures as it attacks then whack it with a creature of your own.
