How do you download gamesaves for action replay?(Xbox)?

I own an action replay for Xbox but I don't know how to download the saves from the website. Does anybody know how?

I believe you need to have action replay max evo edition which comes with a USB pen designed to transfer game saves and cheat codes between the XBOX and a PC.
