Are you talking about a medical degree or a doctoral degree in computer science? For medical school, you would have to take all the prerequisites that a particular school requires (lots of science and math). Just go to the website of the school you want to apply to and there will be a list of all the prerequisites you have to take. You would also have to take the MCAT which is required by most schools and is used to determine whether or not you get in. Similar to the LSAT and PCAT. It is only offered so many times a year so you need to check into that as well.

If you meant a doctoral degree in Computer Science, you need to get a master's degree first.

No offense, but speed is not the point of getting a doctorate. A Ph.D. program is a socialization process, and not just a matter of getting through. During my orientation to the doctoral program, I remember being told that the difference between the doctorate and other degrees was that with those other degrees, you get assignments, you do them - preferably well - and you are finished. With the doctorate, there is no end to what can be studied. Reading assignments are intended to be starting points, not the whole body of knowledge. You do the assignment, and it should lead you to look for other readings, which will lead to others, and then others.

Anyone who tries to sell you a quick doctorate is ripping you off.

If you don't have a Master's degree, it will take about 5-7 years. There's absolutely no way to get around that.

If you've got a Master's degree, you could possibly do it in 3-4 years.

Alternatively, you could purchase a fake degree online. But it wouldn't be worth anything in the real world.
