im 24 years old.
what is the best remedy to prevent fine lines?

I would open them up as well and apply the oil directly on the area as well as taking the supplemet i know that is supposed to help the prosses reverse

Retinol, which you apply to your face as a cream, is just vitamin E. It isn't expensive and you can buy it over the counter. It works wonders on facial lines. Get one with an SPF and that is a big plus. You might want to keep out of the sun and don't use tanning booths, too. UV rays are the number one cause of this.

Not sure if taking it internally has the same effect, but it is a good vitamin supplement to take anyway.

If you are getting lines on your face at 24 you are going to look real bad at 40.
things to do.
don't smoke
eat healthy
drink 2 quarts of plain water a day
no carbonated drinks
exercise
8 hours of sleep

Aside from E you need a sunscreen and to watch your exposure.
I developed skin CA @ 23.
If you smoke STOP! one of the worst things for your skin!
drink plenty of H2O that also helps with weight loss.
Good news: dark chocolate is good for your skin.
too much E will cause liver damage which will make you orange and wrinkled.

Olay has some Anti-defying daily renewal cleanser that you can use and also some daily regenerating serum. I use both and I am 26.
