i've only started checking out these questions and answers today and i am very surprised at how many racist comments i've seen. i'm black so how many of you ignorant mofos hate me ?

i didnt ask this question for reassurance!! i know what some of you may think of black people but regardless, i am very proud of my heritage. i come from a very coulorful and exuberant culture. we are full of life and motivation. where i come from, Quebec, Canada, there are just as many or maybe even more white people on welfare, so many young white gang bangers and merderers, white pregnant crack whore mothers...my point is that there is bad in every race and culture and i think it is very ignorant to say that that kind of **** is in the blood. the ignorance that some of you demonstrate is not in your blood and i wish all of you who deiscriminate all the best because i hope that you're small mids will expand!!

I don't know if you're good or bad, therefore I cannot judge on you. BUT... many of your people had done many things that would make others hate your race. That what created the first impression :) Generally black people are loud, ignorant, rude as ****, and they think they're the only people that exist around here... dude not trying to be mean man.. but it's in the blood. Don't get my wrong though... one of my best friend is black dude. But too many car windows got smashed, robbings, shootings, and the ghettoness are everywhere, you just have to admit it. However there are many nice black people out there that do good things, but not enough to recover all the bad reputations that others "gangsta" folks did (as mentioned above).

I am not racist against the color of a person's skin. I merely dislike people for their social class. White or black, or Chinese or Spanish, if they do not educate themseves and choose to live on welfare I have no respect for them. The whole hip hop culture is a bit annoying to me was well. Pull up your damn pants is what I want to scream at those kids that wear their jeans with the waist at their thighs. Ebonics is totally lost on me. Why did they have to go and screw with the English language? I am not racist I just hate everybody.

I like your question. it is poised in a manner that is provocative and engaging. So here is my answer:
I don't hate you-
I am black too...but this is not why i don't hate you...i just don't like to hate- if it can be avoided. However, i have felt hatred toward others (mostly people who are mean) and i have felt hated (mostly people for whom i have made uncomfortable for some reason-sometimes for no reason, sometimes cuz I'd acted a fool).
I try to be open to all souls i come across. If given a reason to hate them, i am inclined to do so, though i try my best to resist.

I am not racist. I believe that most people are not racist. I like many people are prejudice. Don't sweat the little stuff. Unless your boss or wife is racist, a racist only has as much control over you as you allow them.

This started out as a straight-forward question and ended up with you sounding racist yourself. Are you? Now, to answer your question...no I am not. I have a bi-racial child and three bi-racial grandchildren. My older children are white.
