Dentists say that the most important part of tooth care happens at home. Brushing and flossing properly, along with regular dental checkups, can help prevent tooth decay and gum disease.

If you're like most people, you don't exactly look forward to facing a dentist's drill. So wouldn't it be better to prevent cavities before they begin?

Brush 3x a day and floss in the morning and at night. I also see the dentist about once a year.

I brush them, sometimes floss, then I got this Detective Blue thing, its a kid mouth wash and it shows your problem areas!!! Buy it!

i brush and floss them whenever i can. i hate having food junk in my teeth. cant have that.

Mouth wash...then floss...then brush...twice to three times daily.

i only brush once a day, bad me...floss once a day, and use mouth mash about 5 times a day. I also scrape my tongue once a day.

brush your teeth everyday and also rinse your mouth.floss it too...if u can.
