What does it matter. Bikes are a preference for the most part.. I have read a lot of questions on this site were people are nocking down Harley's nocking down Hondas ect. .. This is all Bull crap!!!!

When are you people going to learn that what people ride, is a preference or it is what they could afford at the time...

This site is more of a joke than anything, who cares what you ride as long as you are riding...

You get on here and all you see is a lot of Bull SH@T. Why not ask some real questions...

And as for all of the Harley slams I see, and there seems to be more of them than any. Just like were you read about the guy being a show off or acting like a hard *** because he rides a Harley.
As any one of you priced some of these metric cruisers lately??? They are around the same PRICE anymore!!! And I see and hear a lot more of these metric cruisers with LOUD PIPES... Does that make them wanna a be's, HELL NO. It's probally what they like!!!

It comes with the territory. What matters is how you act after all the bullsh!t ends.

The problem with this section of YA isn't the usual pissin' contest between brands and styles. The problem is people who don't know sh!t giving their "opinions" about motorcycling. That can be dangerous to a novice rider who doesn't better.

IMAO, opinion, of course. :-)

Jealous may be the answer. BUT DONT SLAM THIS SITE. Sorry!
I think of my ride as my personal extension of ME. Not always because ME and a few others find it hard to afford what we would like and wind up settling for a crotch rocket or dumpy car or truck to get to work or school. It makes no sense other then insecurity or the fact that you cant poke me in the eye so I can say what I want in this forum.

So I say ride like the wind or on the wind if that's all you can afford.

I met my first HELLS ANGLE in about 1969/70 MAN THOSE BIKES WHERE *****-IN. Back then they were freaky and cool. Ride what ya like and the hell with the rest.

Makes no difference to me as long as it's safe, doesn't make too much noise, and the head light is not too bright, I like to Ride a bike but some of the lights are set too high and blinds me in the daytime for a short period of time. Keep on enjoying the ride , respect people even though it's sometimes hard to.

I hear ya!

When it comes to my ride I prefer Classic bikes like Harley's , Indian's. But like you said choosing you ride is a personal preference.

As far as the pipes go for me its the vibration. lol

REAL riders don't care what you ride, as long as you ride safe and have fun. The rest are wannabe doctors and lawyers on Harleys or just stupid Squids.

your right. however, we live in a world where opinion seems to make the discussion. if we agreed with one-another there wouldn't be options to choose from when looking for a solution. in a sense we almost feed off these people that give incorrect answers so others can set them straight. it can be a vicious cycle at times.

I agree. Just because I ride the best thing out there and look really cool in my HD leathers is no reason to bash bikers just because they ride junky metric bikes. I mean, I know their bikes aren't investments like mine is, and they certainly aren't the badass that me and my biker buddies are, but they're bikers too and I can't make fun of them just because they're incapable of making smart decisions.

it seems to me that these people who like to slam on what a person rides is probably suffering from SHORT-MAN-SYNDROME.....the smaller they are, the bigger they talk bull-sh@t
