Yes, I feel that it is normal. I don't like it but it does happen. I have several friends that have discussed the same thing, they say that they don't love their partner any less they just don't have the drive. I also feel that as daily responsibilites grow, then there is an exhaustion factor. My mind races all the time w/ all the things I have to get done ie: kids, house, career & yes husband. Good luck!

I personally have not lost that need to fool around but my husband's sex drive has fallen. I think that it is different for all people. It could be medical,it could be mental or maybe your husband is not taking the time you need to get you excited about sex. Some people need more romance to get them in the mood. Or maybe you are just tired. Raising kids falls on mom most of the time so if you are not in the mood that is fine too. But girl......... there is nothing like sex to make you forget the stresses of the world!!!! Smile!

Sometimes. Actually the more my husband and I have sex, the more I want to do it. If we haven't done it in a while then I don't really want it. Of course my daughter yelling "Mommy!!" in the middle of it can also put a damper on our sex life. But mostly I think out sex life it awesome and I have no complaints. I guess I am just lucky though. Have a great night!

I don't know what it is. We've been together for almost 18 years. I love him as much as I ever have, if not more. But, a lot of times it is the last thing on my mind. Then there's other times when it is the only thing on my mind. Yes, I find that the interest I have in sex comes and goes, but for him it remains constant.

Yes its possible stress from work, school, children, family, finances and even the lack thereof sex I feel all play a major role in losing your desire for it. My suggestion is set aside one night for starters no children, phones nothing that would be able to distract you go out get something to eat, have some good conversation and all the rest will come naturally.

I was with a guy for 4 yrs, with two children. I lost my sex drive with him. I'm not too sure why. We broke up, for a lot of reasons. He was always bugging me to have sex with him, and I just didn't want to anymore. I was never angry at him for wanting it as much as he did, after all he is a guy. He actually got mad at me at times for not wanting it. I'm now with a wonderful man, and I always want it with him. I'm so in love with him and I think that is why I always want it. Maybe, back then it wasn't love with the other guy and that is why I lost my interest. I can't see myself ever loosing interest with my boyfriend now. We are good together in the bedroom. And in our relationship. And I couldn't be happier.

Yeah, I have that problem. I have 2 kids and a husband. I have been married for only 5 years. I am very attracted to him. I just have no desire. I try though because I don't want him to go find it somewhere else.

it does happen. you are tired. you have kids, work, the house, and your husband to contend with. its hard. my 2 are grown and i have a granddaughter that will be 4 on 9/11. i have a cleaning business. i have a husband, thank god he works on the road alot, and understands how tired i am after the 4 yr. old leaves. you need to start taking time for yourself and everything will come together. i was like you for 2 yrs. and then i started taking time for myself and am better for it today. try it. what have you got to loose.good luck.

I have, but I think its more because my health has taken a major dump the last few years ( Im 38 now). We still have sex, and its great when we do, but its not as often as he'd like and I feel badly about that.
