Ford F350 SD 6.0L TDI Navistar Internation.

The injectors break mostly the retaining ring and upper o ring land where the galley tube inserts.

anyone know why they break?

ford has had a real problem with this engine this has been happening alot i have had 4 in my shop in the last 2 weeks some dealerships are repairing them for free check with your dealer maybe they will repair it for you if you get the chance you should think about getting something else alot of problems from this engine

Uneven torque on the fuel runners, or maybe a bad runner, if it happens on the same position all the time.
